Terms of service
1. Who these terms are between
Identify the operating company, its registered number and registered address, and confirm that using the service means accepting these terms. State the date this version took effect.
2. The subscription
Describe what a subscription grants: access to the channel list for the term purchased, on the number of concurrent screens in that tier. State that the channel list varies by territory and can change as carriage arrangements change.
3. Payment and renewal
- Terms are paid once, in advance, in USD.
- No recurring authority is taken against the payment method.
- Set out who processes payments and what tax is added where.
4. Refunds
The site advertises a fourteen-day money-back guarantee. State precisely when the window opens, how a refund is requested, how long it takes, and any conduct that voids it. Statutory cancellation rights — such as the UK and EU distance-selling regime — sit alongside this and cannot be signed away.
5. Acceptable use
- The account is for one household and must not be resold or shared publicly.
- Credentials must not be published or distributed.
- No attempt to capture, restream or redistribute any feed.
- Set out what happens on breach, and whether any refund survives it.
6. Availability
Be careful here. If the site advertises an uptime figure, this clause must match it and define how it is measured, what is excluded (scheduled maintenance, upstream broadcaster outages, the customer's own connection) and what remedy applies if it is missed.
7. Content and third-party rights
State that channels are provided by their broadcasters, that names and marks belong to those broadcasters, and that no affiliation or endorsement is implied. Cross-reference the licensing page and the notice-and-takedown route.
8. Liability
Standard limitation and exclusion clauses, drafted to whatever your jurisdiction actually permits — consumer law caps how far these can go, and an over-broad clause is often unenforceable in full.
9. Ending the agreement
How a customer stops, how you may suspend or terminate, and what happens to any unused portion of a paid term.
10. Governing law and disputes
Name the governing law, the competent courts, and any alternative dispute resolution scheme you belong to.
11. Changes and contact
How changes are notified and from when they apply, plus the address for legal notice. See the contact page for support enquiries, which are handled separately.
